Tangie leads the AWHK team in the day to day operations and big picture planning following the Strategic Plan outlined with the Board of Directors

Kira coordinates the work of the BC Coalition to End Youth Homelessness, she supports the youth advocates who guide that work and has been a key staff at AWHK for many years.

Ashley is the Coordinator of the BC Coalition to End Youth Homelessness. She brings in new members from across BC  and provides key administration for the team.

Nicole coordinates housing across programs at AWHK. She organizes waitlists, moves in and out of housing and key administration tasks.

Nelly leads the team providing housing at Katherine's Place, she supports staff and youth and ensures that the program is meeting key milestones.

Pasan provides support to both staff and youth at Katherine's Place with a range of duties across program aspects of admin, IT and security.

Tobi administers the rent supplement program at AWHK, connecting youth to the funding provided by BC Housing.

Harry supports youth at Katherine's Place by leading the meal program and cooking in the kitchen as the head cook.

Rutendo provides direct support to youth at AWHK in the Katherine's Place housing program.

Chloe provides direct support to youth at AWHK through the Scattered Sites housing program.

Tre provides direct support to youth at AWHK through the Katherine's Place housing program.

Christina provides direct support to youth at AWHK through the Katherine's Place housing program.
