Tangie leads the AWHK team in the day to day operations and big picture planning following the Strategic Plan outlined with the Board of Directors

Kira coordinates the work of the BC Coalition to End Youth Homelessness, providing ongoing support to the youth advocates . She has been a part of AWHK, bringing deep experience and leadership

Nicole coordinates housing across programs at AWHK. She organizes waitlists, moves in and out of housing and key administration tasks.

Era coordinates housing across programs at Katherine's Place. She organizes waitlists, moves in and out of housing and key administration tasks.

Pasan leads the team providing housing at Katherine's Place, he supports staff and youth and ensures that the program is meeting key milestones.

Charles provides support to both staff and youth at Katherine's Place with a range of duties across program aspects of admin, IT and security.

Cam provides direct support to youth at AWHK through the Katherine's Place housing program.

Amrit administers the rent supplement program at AWHK, connecting youth to the funding provided by BC Housing.

Christina works directly with youth in AWHK’s Katherine’s Place housing program and oversees the planning and coordination of all activities and events at Katherine’s Place.

Tre works directly with youth in AWHK’s Katherine’s Place housing program and leads the coordination of harm reduction programs, supporting safer access to care, education, and resources at Katherine’s Place.

Chris works directly with youth in AWHK’s Katherine’s Place housing program, leads cultural programming and provide supports that promotes connection, identity, and community at Katherine’s Place.

Harry serves as the Head Cook at Katherine’s Place, overseeing the meal program and kitchen operations to ensure consistent, nutritious meals
