Our Programs
AWHK offers housing and supports for youth ages 16-27. If you or someone you know is experiencing homelessness you can reach us using the contact form, by emailing admin@awayhomekamloops.com, or calling 250-828-0446. Anyone under 27 can do a housing intake to get on the wait-list during our drop-in Youth Hub every Wednesday between 1:00 and 4:00 pm at 560 Tranquille Rd.
Katherine's Place
This 39 unit building is owned by BC Housing and operated by AWHK to provide supported housing to youth ages 19-27.
Rent Supplements
AWHK can help young people apply for BC Housing rent supplements that can make it possible to afford independent housing.

AWHK supports youth to live in community in partnership with landlords across Kamloops.
Youth Hub Drop In
AWHK holds a weekly Youth Services Hub on Wednesdays from 1:00pm to 4:00pm; where any youth experiencing homelessness can connect with service providers at 560 Tranquille Rd.
